Here are some Frequently Asked Questions:

[su_spoiler title=”Ticket Information – Notifications, Wait List, Refunds, etc.” style=”fancy”]
ONLINE TICKET NOTIFICATIONS:
Beginning this year, when you order tickets online, you will receive 3 email notifications as follows:

    1. order has been received and is being processed
    2. order has been completed (can take up to a day to receive)
    3. festival tickets

The change is the additional email (#3), and you will need to present the festival tickets email at the time of registration at Uke U. If you lose your ticket(s), please contact us BEFORE June 1st so we can re-issue and send tickets. After June 15th, we will have limited time to re-issue and send tickets.

WAIT LIST:
If you really want to come, we advise that you purchase your ticket early as there will be NO waitlist once tickets are sold out. We recommend you post on the Ukulele University Facebook page that you are interested in purchasing a ticket. Include your email and phone number so folks can contact you if they have tickets to sell.

REFUND POLICY:
Tickets will be refundable through May 31st, 2017 less a 30% processing and service fee.
Example: $125 ticket – $37.50 = $87.50 refund

After, June 1st, there will be no refunds.

RE-SALE/TRANSFER OF TICKETS:
Uke U will no longer be involved in the re-sale or transfer of tickets after they are purchased; you will be responsible for interacting with anyone who is interested in buying or selling your ticket(s). In the past folks have had success in posting on the Ukulele University Facebook page for both purchasing and selling tickets (include your email and phone number). Please do not contact us with the names of individuals who purchased your ticket(s) as we will not be keeping a record of re-sales and transfers.

If you sell your ticket, it will be your responsibility to forward the festival tickets email to the purchaser who will then need to sign in at Uke U under your name. If you sell only 1 of your tickets and will be using the remaining ticket(s), you will need to sign in at Uke U for all your tickets and make arrangements to meet up with the purchaser so you can give them their wrist band.

Riverhouse and Shilo Inn are probably the closest to Cascades Academy, but all places in Bend would not be far.  Once you find a place of interest,  “Google” the motel/hotel and check on reviews.
